I know from my heart that sikhs had contributed a lot in India, especially freedom from British and from Mugul kingdom. Their sacrifices are unaccountable. They deserve fair share. They are very intelligent people and settled all over in the world.

Yes Indira but the sad part is that what to talk of decent coverage, sikhs have not been given even the due respect what they deserve.

Events such as 1984 Anti Sikhs Riots, Operation Blue Star and activities on anti sikh organisations(like RSS) still make sikhs feel alien in our own country..

The sad plight being that the community which should have been most respected has been ill treated the most..

People(Sikhs) who protected India & Hindus from tyranny of AurangZeb and conversion to Islam are being targetted by Hindus (only) today.

Its like hitting your own head with stone

Anyways shows like this might ignite some sense in people of India to treat Sikhs with respect.
